Operating as a Board of Investment (BOI) company in Sri Lanka, situated on a five acre plot of land within the Koggala Free Trade Zone. The CAS hangar is a spacious 10,000 sq.ft, more than enough to handle any kind of aircraft repair services.

Chairman
One of the successful and prominent business person in Sri Lanka, Mr. B.M Indrasena was elected as the Chairman of the Ceylon Aeronautical Services in 2009. He heads many blue chip ventures in diversified fields of business and is also a Founder Director and the present Chairman/ Managing Director of the Isuru Construction Group of Companies.
Sampath Ranaweera
President/Director
Mr. Sampath Ranaweera is an IT graduate who pioneered the establishment and the founder of CAS. Presently he serves as the President of the organization.
Air Vice Marshal (Retired) Jayanath Kumarasiri
VP / Director / CEO / Accountable Manager
AVM Jayanath Kumarasiri (Retired) obtained his primary and secondary education at Nalanda College Colombo.He joined the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) with the No 07th intake of Officer Cadets in 1979, and was commissioned as a Pilot Officer in the Technical Engineering Branch in 1981. During his illustrious career spanning over 35 years he has held many distinguished appointments in the Technical Engineering branch. He had been the Officer Commanding Maintenance at No 01 Flying Training Wing and at No 02 Transport Wing as well as Commanding Officer of Aircraft Preservation and Storage Unit and Advance and Specialist Trade Training School at Ekala. He has also held the appointment as the Commandant of Junior Command and Staff Collage as well as held the appointment of Command Quality Assurance Officer of the SLAF in two separate occasions. a trained quality management professional, was instrumental in winning the National Quality Award and National Productivity Award for the SLAF in 1995 / 1996 and 2008. Also served as the National Mirror Committee member for ISO 26000(SR). AVM (Retired) Kumarasiri has also served in Staff Appointments at both the Aeronautical Engineering and General Engineering Directorates. He has also been appointed as the Acting Director General Engineering in the SLAF. Apart from the above he was also the Defence Advisor at the High Commission of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in Islamabad, Pakistan during the period from June 1998 to November 2001. AVM Kumarasiri was appointed to the appointment as the Director Aeronautical Engineering of the SLAF in November 2008,and served till his retirement from the SLAF, and played a pivotal role in organizing, coordinating and guiding the SLAF aircraft maintenance organization towards successfully meeting the MRO challenge faced by the SLAF in carrying out sustained operations towards the ultimate victory during the Humanitarian Operations in the country. AVM Kumarasiri joined Ceylon Aeronautical Services (Private) Limited on 1st of October 2014 in the capacity of Director and presently serving as the Vice President / Operation Management / Human Resources, also appointed as the CEO in December 2014.
